"Arrived to be faced with check in on a computer. Since the stay was booked through hotels.com for some reason all the addresses and contacts information was for hotels.Com. When I tried to update my contact info the system through me out. Twice. Luckily one of the barmaids helped me out and gave me a room key. The room was a newly refurbished one on the ground floor. "Have stayed before so knew what to expect. The owners are very easy to get on with plus very polite and friendly. Best part of the stay is the English breakfast which is superb all of the trimmings. The breakfast is worth 5 stars alone."
