"This house is so beautifully appointed and well designed! We stayed with a group of 7 women for a restful vacation and this house suited us so perfectly! The kitchen was well equipped for serving dinner outside in the garden. We enjoyed the surrounding countryside and took day trips to Southwold and Framlingham. Friday Street Market was wonderful for local and fresh food. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and would love to return someday! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!"

"This house was perfect for two families to stay in for the week. The garden is enormous so plenty of room for kids to run off their energy. The house itself was comfortable and clean. The location is relatively remote being accessed down single track lanes, which meant it was very peaceful, but still only 10 minutes from a shop. We were still generally within 30 minutes of the places we wanted to visit. The Indian takeaway in Poringland was excellent too!"

The location was perfect for meeting up with family for a meal at the Oaksmere hotel (5 min walk), for attending the wedding in Eye (2km away) and the reception in Upper Oakley (also 2km away). The bedrooms and bathrooms were absolutely spotless, plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked and just a fantastic gathering spot. All and all a great was had by everyone! "

"Very impressed with the property. We were a large family group and the house was very well suited for our needs. Three bathrooms and large open plan lounge kitchen meant we could spread out. Very clean and comfortable. Would just say the blinds need looking at in the lounge as all 3 were broken. And a floor length mirror would be perfect for hair drying/makeup. "
