"Very disappointing..the hotel smelt like a cigarette factory from the Reception to everywhere. Not very friendly staff except the room cleaner and the the door guy. Cleanliness zero..especially the bathroom needs thorough scrubbing. The only positive was their mattresses were good and firm."

"The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro station, bus stop, many restaurants and convince stores around and walking distance to the Mall of Emirates. The area feels safe. The apartments are of a good size, I liked the layout of the one we were staying, which was 1 bedroom apartment. I agree with other reviews about need of an upgrade.
