"I have no concerns with the property it's a very pleasant place to stay with an awesome view of the ocean. This February we had very unusual warm weather it would be nice to have a fan to where we could get some air circulation 72 was not what I thought I was going to get but it did not take away from the quality place so either bring one if the weather is going to be super warm or perhaps one could be purchased and left in the downstairs closet.withawawesome awesome view of the ocean"

The living room and dining room stole the show for sure, and the huge kitchen was great as well. "The beach cottage is perfect for a long weekend or short beach getaway. The beach is super dog friendly with both rocky and sandy beach area. And the house is more than cozy with all the amenities. Only downside is that there is only one shop/restaurant to walk to. Loved it! "

"If you are familiar with Dillon Beach you will love this house. I was surprised how easy the access to the beach was give the location of this property. A short walk down the road leads to a trail that lands you on the beach in less than 5 minutes from the door. And if you didn’t get enough of the ocean the view from the living room includes plenty of the pacific and Bodega Head. Plenty of sleeping space for our party of 6 adults, two kids, and a baby."
