Beautiful historical property with a lively lobby bar, grand piano, huge fireplace, and adjacent bakery and restaurant. Rooms are comfy & clean. Only drawback is that room windows don’t open.

The staff was wonderful, the room was small but very cute. Hot water was slow to arm up, but the water pressure was great and the water eventually got to the right spot. Biggest issue was that hotel WiFi went down for almost my entire stay and this was not communicated. Hotspotted and figured it out - but super hard to be on a business trip without reliable WiFi. The place was lovely but pretty difficult for the purposes of my trip

Property is very nice and in great location, but the heater did not work, we had to move to another room, staff did not know how the heater worked, we had to move to another room therefore where the heater did work. We got a discount for that night, but the next night we were woken up at 5.30 with loud noise because some company started to work early on cleaning out some of the restaurants' systems. Loud noise for about 45 minutes. When we checked out we clearly indicated that we needed to go back to the room to pick up our luggage and they had locked our rooms. Another two trips to the front desk to fix it. Loved the location and parking there was easy. Beds really great. Anyhow, a mixed bag....

This place is so special! Dog-friendly, amenable, responsive. The rooms are so charming and clean, but a tad small. No matter, though, because we spent most of our time walking around the charming downtown, eating, wine-tasting, shopping. We had a lovely time in a lovely hotel. Thanks, Hotel Petaluma!

Love this place I’ve stayed here a couple times. It’s a great historical hotel in the best area right in Downtown peta. Love it. Beautiful lobby. Nice staff. Good value.

Fire alarm went off in room at 545 am. Couldn’t find anyone to deal with it. Found someone at front desk after packing up and leaving because the noise was so annoying. Front desk employee said they heard about a beeping but thought it had resolved. It was not resolved. It was going off for about 40 minutes.
