"The front desk called in the evening to check that we had everything we needed and that the room was satisfactory. They couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast bar was well stocked...hot scrambled eggs, ham and sausages...I loved the fresh yogurt with fruit and granola. "

"The only option available to book was the part of the lodge that was not updated. We asked for an upgrade at checkin but they were not able to accomodate. Instead the front desk staff provided free breakfast for our stay which was very generous. Loved my spa booking and the staff in the spa. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We got the same server, Willi, at both breakfasts. He was so nice and made it a pleasure. Everything needed was onsite. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! "
