"Amazing! It was a great way to be welcomed when arriving to Delhi. The graciously picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night. The whole staff was amazing. The coffee and masala chai was lovely, food is delicious breakfast and dinner. They were super helpful in giving me 6directions (metro) is really close so that is a HUGE plus. " My stay at the Palazzo in met every expectation I could have had. The staff was very courteous. There was always someone available who spoke English if needed. Room service took place in just minutes and if something wasn’t right they took it back no questions. When you enter the lobby while to ask questions have them book you an Uber or taxi they always offer you water, coffee, or cappuccino at no cost. I have never had a hotel so accommodating.
