"I am a gold member and i never really like to give negative feedback but this was a very bad unbelievable experience. The hotel staff gave me a downgraded room first before i insisted on getting my presidential suite. The room smelled bad, tv was not working, cleaning staff left used towels inside the basin post room cleaning The elevator did not work during my stay Horrible experience "

"Amazing! It was a great way to be welcomed when arriving to Delhi. The graciously picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night. The whole staff was amazing. The coffee and masala chai was lovely, food is delicious breakfast and dinner. They were super helpful in giving me 6directions (metro) is really close so that is a HUGE plus. I definitely recommend "

"Stayed for 3 nights, clean room, excellent service. Everything in the room- refrigerator, coffee maker, TV, AC, the modern bathroom, etc were in top condition. Whenever we called room service they are available in less than 2 minutes. Breakfast was also excellent, freshly cooked. Good location as well, just about 1 KM from metro station."
