I had amazing correspondence before my arrival with the manage Munna who helped organise a clothes delivery to the hotel for my arrival and made me feel welcome before I even got there! When checking in, I was greeted by all the staff in a very warm welcoming and friendly manner. "A bit worn and compared to other hotels in the area for a similar price, I'd stay at another. While the bed was fine the rooms are small and the bathrooms even smaller. need to step up into bathroom, which if you forget you will fall. Dirty cup in the bathroom added to a miss for this reviewer had been warned not to stay there. guess I will listen next time."
