"Hotel Carlia provided us a comfortable stay for our one night in Uddevalla. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains conveniently shielded us from any of the light during midsummer. The room was clean, though a bit outdated in the bathroom. Plenty of space throughout. It would have been nice to have more climate control as it felt rather hot and humid in the room. "Reception staff, breakfast, bar and cleaning staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was everything I needed and required, breakfast superb with so much choice, I also had dinner in the hotel one evening, very good. The fact that there was a “go green” label to put on my hotel door was excellent as there was no need for my room to be cleaned every day. A great stay and would highly recommend any Elite Hotel around Europe. "
