"The public areas are lovely - the space in front of the mansion, the breakfast/restaurant room with amazing views over the lake. It has lots of history, and the lobby is typically Swedish in its effortless cool. The room was a little less impressive. For the cost it was basically two adjoining conference rooms with very little in the way of comfort, and a very small, disappointingly dated bathroom. "Absolutely fantastic hotel! I stayed here with my dog and it was such a pleasure to have everything prepared and a welcome kit that had specific dog friendly towels, outlined where he could go and even a sheet to lay on the bed to protect it. EXCELLENT breakfast, service, spa and pool! Highly recommended! "

"Big and glitzy hotel, they seems to have everything under control given the size of the hotel and the number of rooms. Check in was easy (but busy) bars were also busy but didn’t have to wait long for service. Breakfast was again easy to navigate in such a busy environment."
