Management were apologetic but didn’t resolve issue of us having no accommodation for 3 nights and no notice. Do not use this hotel Still awaiting refund 😡"

I ate in the bar one night and room service the second. Enjoyed both. Great location for working around South West London and getting back on the M25. "A lovely hotel in a lovely quiet spot over looking Frensham Pond. Room huge, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Bar area a little subdued and lacked some atmosphere, it could have done with some back ground music. Staff were nice enough but sadly lacked enthusiasm and interaction with their customers. Those working in the bar didn’t acknowledge us when waiting to be served and there was no communication or warm welcome, to the extent we felt a little awkward. Breakfast offer was...
