"Absolutely fantastic. Cathy and Jay especially were very kind, helpful, and hospitable. They have gone above and beyond in every circumstance. Please give them both a RAISE! This was as our first stay away with our puppy and they made us feel at ease as we were quite anxious with taking her away for a short while, I couldn't thank them enough. "Lovely hotel, quiet location, large gardens. Friendly helpful staff. The swimming pool/ sauna/ steam room were in good condition. We didn't try the hotel restaurant for dinner, instead opted for a nearby pub in Wotton. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive with English breakfast and cereal/ yoghurt etc. options. Only downside with breakfast for us was the limited choice of fruit - actually there wasn't any with the exception of some dried fruit pieces. Would come again though despite the fruit shortage!"

Room spacious, very comfortable and yet contemporary. Restaurant- great tasty food. Wine not overpriced. Service not rushed - phew! Lovely grounds to mooch around. "

"The hotel was very quiet even though it was so close to the airport and near a busy road. The staff were very friendly and the food and service was excellent. Using the Hoppa bus was a bonus ."

"We stayed here for one night and it was lovely. Parking and check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and had everything needed including a great tea tray selection and lovely toiletries to use. We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar too and service was good. The location is great for walking in to the town centre, no more than minutes walk, would definitely stay again if we go back to Guildford. 😊"

"The staff were really good! Booked us in for breakfast when we arrived which meant that we didn’t have to pay 4 adults (if we had to book online) for 2 adults 2 children. 2 Hot tubs were available but no jacuzzi, that was drained but no bother. The spa facilities were great. Pool wasn’t the warmest to start with but if you were in and moving it’s perfectly fine. No complaints from us or the children! Plenty of people swimming when we were in. Food was tasty and service was quick and attentive. Room was clean and modern. No complaints. Thanks for a great stay!"
