"A lovely hotel in a lovely quiet spot over looking Frensham Pond. Room huge, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Bar area a little subdued and lacked some atmosphere, it could have done with some back ground music. Staff were nice enough but sadly lacked enthusiasm and interaction with their customers. "The room was clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. However, the spa wasn’t what I expected. For the price of the room and the amount we spent for a three-night stay, I felt that access to the spa should have been complimentary. It was a bit disappointing considering the overall cost and it wasn’t that great."
