The hotel was clean and well run. Disappointed no hotel info in room and no room service available which would have been welcome after a long, tiring, driving day. Bar meals were avdd as liable as dining room closed but you weren’t allowed to take meals to your room.

The property is undergoing refurbishment this means its a bit off a mess overall a nice place but im glad i had it as a reward night, sadly couldnt go for a swim as the pool was shut too, Redeeming factor breakfast, one of the best breakfasts i have had in a very long time, this proving you can have a quality buffet,

The hotel is very good for the needs of a business stay, rooms are smallish but overall excellent standard with nice touches like Penhalglion toiletries, you dont expect that in a "conferance" hotel enviroment.

Well worth staying.
Very helpful and friendly staff who made our overnight stay comfortable and enjoyable. Even a slight mishap was resolved quickly. The hotel and grounds are very impressive. Would highly recommend.

Second stay here (either side of a holiday). Arrived just before 10pm and no food available -not the hotel’s fault. Was not given the same or similar room as requested but a very small double on the opposite side - upper floor. We had lots of luggage! Too late and too tired to complain. Party people wandering back to their rooms passed under our window and disturbed us until 2.30am. 😞 Lovely grounds and great breakfast. Lots of choice. A shame about the room.

Enjoyable stay
Another enjoyable stay in Horsley Place. Pleasant, comfortable, but small room. Enjoyed walking round lovely grounds and using gym and pool. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff. We've found it good value and in a convenient place, using it as a base for visiting Wisley, NT properties etc and catching train into London (Horsley Station 25 mins walk). Unfortunately, wifi wasn't good at times.

Had a one night stay the room was very nice and must’ve been recently renovated as could still smell the paint. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bar is nice and I had breakfast which was also nice - lots of choice. The grounds are so lovely there are nice walks there is also a pool. I would just say the hotel itself is very tired in places - but maybe this will be re decorated as some point. Would defo stay again.
