"A hotel that we’ve stayed at before. We arrived 45 mins early for check in and they kindly offered to let us check in early for £15. We kindly declined. We mainly went for Mercedes Benz world which was undergoing renovation so a bit disappointing. The room was large and comfortable. "

"Was mixed stay at the Mandolay. Check in was a bit slow and felt like we weren't that important. Our room was ok location felt a bit odd but was a decent size if a little dated but good job by Isha in housekeeping made up for its dated feel. Our bathroom was tiny and not well laid out for the size. The bar on first night was well run by Louis and was a lovely experience. Second night was a little stilted, the staff on front of house could have done with more senior staff support I think. Check...
