"This was my second stay at Grand Coastal and I’ll definitely return. The staff were friendly and professional. Communicating with staff, prior to my arrival and during my stay, was excellent. Cleanliness of the facility was impressive. All staff were courteous and very helpful; Romel, Visham, David, Cheryl, Ryan, Ferguson were exceptional. The food was delicious and I gained a few pounds. The only amenity missing was the gym. I would encourage the owner to replace the gym which was at this facility during my previous stay. A smaller gym would definitely be an asset for many visitors. "
