"The room was rather small. It was a STANDARD DOUBLE. I am lucky I was by myself. Had I been accompanied I would not have been able to open 2 large suitcases. The lifts took a while to come. Nevertheless, the staff were superb! Ms Charlene, Mr Mataus and all the rest of the staff went far and beyond to assist me. Thank you all for a FANTASTIC stay💙🙏."

"Fue sorpresa encontrar que muchos reviews anteriores son un tanto injustos por que han hecho un esfuerzo por remodelar y limpiar. Sin embargo todavía les falta un poco de detalle. El restaurante con su desayuno deja mucho que desear. Todos los días es lo mismo. Huevos revueltos con salchicha. Además qué la actitud de los meseros no es de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones las limpian a diario, pero las toallas ya son viejas. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son un poco ruidosas ya...

"Staff was excellent, rooftop bar and pool were nice, but the tiles at the pool was very slippery and many guest had problem with it. We checked-in an average room where the AC was not that great and the shower and the bathtub was clogged, but the hotel fixed it and gave us an upgrade, so we stayed in a suite for the last 2 nights, which was very nice."

"Overall it was a fantastic stay during Carnaval week. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast everyday was good! The biggest takeaway was the location. It was very centrally located and the area surrounding was very safe. You could be at Copacabana beach within 10 mins walking and on the way, you’ll pass many good restaurants, supermarket and bars. The rooftop pool was nice but depending on the occupancy of the hotel, it could get dirty quickly. The fitness center and elevator could...

"What a gem! This historic hotel complex is exceedingly well kept. This was the splurge at the end of our 3-week trip in South American...quite beautiful and luxurious! The staff was top notch. Perfect location for seeing Iguazu Falls National Park from the Brazil side. Wonderful view from the hotel tower. Walk across the street for a spectacular view and Park trail to stunning Devil's Throat area."
