"We didn’t realise until we arrived how big the Reef View Hotel was. We had a lovely, spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was very large too, with double sinks, a bath and shower. It was really convenient to have the shuttle for the ferry and to the airport. The Reef View was also a stopping point for the Island Shuttle and made getting around really easy. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. It was maybe just a blip but our first lunch in the restaurant wasn’t the best...

The hotel furniture/washroom fixtures etc all seem very dated and need immediate upkeep. Even very quick fixes like chipped drain blockers seem to be missed 2. The bedroom of the horizon suite was really small; much smaller than other suites I have stayed in and didn't have a TV or even enough plug points to charge electronics.
