The staff was delightful, the room was very warm and cozy (we visited in winter) and our only upset was that none of the pools were heated so we couldn’t enjoy them. We were welcomed by Mr. Hoang who took very personal care of us during our entire stay from recommendations to free upgrades - he connected with WhatsApp from check-in which made everything (big or small) very smooth! Never seen a personal service like this at any other resort before. Room were exceptional quality and above and beyond for a family with small kids. Convenient to Hoi A town (taxi or walk) but still far enough to make you feel living in a resort away from hustle and bustle. Property is very well maintained and has great amenities! Highly recommend the stay here😊"

"I really liked this property. I know there are lots of bad reviews on here but I don’t think it’s as bad as people are saying. Yes it has a lot of empty spaces but I already expected it by reading everyone’s reviews. The room we had was a sea view and it was nice and clean. The washrooms were nice and not smelly at all. I LOVED their Korean Sauna spa and they have a huge gym. Our room was very clean and most of the staff was really nice. We ate at the Korean restaurant 2 nights and both times were really good. The owner/staff was very friendly as well. The front desk team made it special for my mom’s bday and surprised her with cake. (Shout out to tram and nga and everyone else there) The spa staff was always very helpful and kind. (I don’t know their names but they were honestly the sweetest) The housekeeping staff was always cheerful and sweet. The only thing I could think of is they need to train up their breakfast staff as they are often standing around talking, not friendly and not doing their jobs. Also yes they don’t allow food but that’s only heavy smelling food. If you bring most foods it’s fine just not the super smelly stuff. We ended up extending our stay for 1 extra night. I would still recommend this place and also would come back. "
