"The staff at this hotel were outstanding. Every member of staff including the cleaning staff upwards were extremely friendly and polite. They were magnificent - everyone. There was a lot of noise from the pool area all day and evenings every day, which slightly marred our stay. Many guests stayed for just a few nights only, and were noisy banging doors and talking loudly at all hours. But overall a very good hotel. Will definitely return"

"Absolutely excellent hotel, brilliantly helpful & friendly staff, restaurant very good, certain breakfast items could be served warmer such as sausages, bacon beans, this was mentioned however it seems that my suggestion was sidelined. Other than this minor issue all else in the dining area was great. Some mould obvious in shower cubicle which we endeavoured to ignore. "There are so many hotels and resorts and stays in Hoi An these days, and there are several Vinh Hung places as well. However, Vinh Hung Riverside Resort is one of my most favorite places on the globe to stay. That is not a casual compliment. The staff makes you feel like you are home. They have an outstanding desk and restaurant and grounds staff - and am not sure can compliment them enough for just how good a job they do! "This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely rain shower. The room also had an outdoor shower that we didn't use, but was a nice touch. The pool seemed nice but we didn't go in. Breakfast was sufficient. This is a bit far from town (about 15-30 minute walk, depending on where you're going), so be aware of that. The location is quieter and more relaxed than an in-town stay."
