"The food was a bit disappointing, nice selection but some lacked flavour. The room had a Smart TV but no Apps such as Netflix or Internet Explorer. Minor points but would make a difference, especially on a rainy day. Staff were fantastic and so genuinelyfriendly! "

From the customer service of all the ladies at the front, to the meals at the Soul restaurant (waitress Trang was so lovely), to the convenient location within walking distance of all Hoi An attractions - plus complimentary bike hire and multiple transfers per day to the beaches.
