"AMAZING hotel and a great experience. Very unlike anything in Mexico it is like something out of the Arabian Nights! The rooms were very comfortable, beds great and the area was very quiet- slept well. We had dinner in the restaurant and were very satisfied. Would highly recommend it "

"In general it’s a good hotel. The staff is gentle. Negative points: the pool water is cold as well as the “hot tube”. We chose the hotel for the hot tube but couldn’t ever use it. When we tried to use the sauna it was cold s well. We mentioned these problems a few times to the staff without success. Finally, the price of the breakfast is not the one advertised on Expedia. Instead of 200 MX per person, we payed up to 280 MX depending on the day. Regular price was 230 MX. Again, complaining to the...
