"Excellent hostel. Perfect location within walking distance of food and sights. Staff was great and made you feel welcomed. Dorm room was clean and comfortable . My only complaint was little hot water and weak wifi in the room."

"The air conditioning did not work. The room was hot, humid, and uncomfortable. In the morning I went to check out and was in the elevator with my luggage. The door closed, I pressed the button, and then nothing. I was trapped inside and had to call the front desk on my phone to get someone to come help me get out."
