"One of the best hotels I've stayed in Mexico. I almost gave it 4 stars because the AC wasn't working in my room but they fixed it in less than 10 minutes by sending maintenance immediately at almost midnight. "

"Tener que esperar después de salir y entregar la habitación, no me gustó esperar a verificar que nada se lleva uno , aunque uno es honrado, pues lo hacen sentir como delincuente , las chicas de front desk no son muy amables , no sonríen demasiado serias. "

"Some parts of the hotel appeared to be closed but (bar on the first floor). Also the exercise room was a bit small and one of the machines was broken but over all our room was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will come back again."

"Cet hôtel offre de grande chambre avec un lit très confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant et ils sont à l’écoute de nos besoins. Le déjeuner est parfait ainsi que le service. Malgré le 20 minutes du centre historique, ,j’y retournerais sans hésiter. "
