Hotel with a Concierge in Province of Lucca from AED 338

"We arrived in the evening, and had a bit of a challenging checking in. I would advise to have someone who is a native Italian speaker join you to communicate with the staff. We were moved to another guesthouse as there was a mix up with our reservation, which they apologized for. Property was clean and mostly quiet. Some of the other guests were quite noisy during the night, but that was only one night where we had this issue. All the instructions are in Italian, so be sure to have a translate...

"A great place for a couple of nights, clean room and nice breakfast with a good cold buffet including gluten-free items. We didn’t have an opportunity to try the spa (closed on Sundays) or roof terrace but had a large room that was very comfortable."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a decent size. Location was great for walking into the city and there was a nearby grocery store (Lidl). We had to leave early unexpectedly so we didn't get to try the breakfast but I'm sure it would have been wonderful. Overall a great place to stay and we wouldn't definitely return if/when we come back to Lucca!"
