"This is a perfectly lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and they offer snacks and a decent breakfast with meats,cheeses, cereal and pancakes. And espresso. There are some stairs but not bad and it’s only 2 small blocks outside the gates of Lucca. The mattress was lumpy but otherwise great heat and nice and roomy. It is a very good value. "

"We've had a wonderful stay at Ai Cipressi, we can't recommend it enough. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need and very clean. We have really enjoyed our stay here. Less than a 10 minute walk to inside the city walls, or to the train station for direct trains to Pisa and Florence. Nothing is too much for Gabriel and team, we have felt really welcome. We stayed in inter-connecting ground floor triple rooms with our two children, one is a wheelchair user. We had a profiling bed...

"This B&B is very convenient to the walled city. It was really easy to walk to any part of "Old Lucca." The staff was extra nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable. The room was also spacious. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away. Access to the full kitchen was great! I would definitely stay here again."
