"Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Concierge was very helpful! The only disappointment was that the roof top patio was closed for maintenance while we were there and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. There was no warning before we came that it would be closed. Otherwise our stay was a very pleasant one! "

Particularly, Francesca welcomed us, gave us a tour of the hotel, and showed us to our rooms. Victoria and Alina at breakfast were very warm and accommodating.
