"The staff was very professional and welcoming. Little extras are included at no cost, nice touch. The room was very comfortable and well supplied. Breakfast was outstanding. They arranged for a 4 am taxi for our early flight, and provided breakfasts in a bag!"

"Friendly staff. Absolutely delicious breakfast with tons of choice. Lovely bar area. Best thing was it's proximity to the Ponte Vecchio and central position for the other tourist areas. The Ufitzi gallery is next door."

"One thing to note- if you are sensitive to noise this location is in the middle of the historic center of the city which gets very loud at night so in the spring before the a/c is on, if you sleep with the windows open you will be hearing lots of yelling, talking, music, sounds of trucks in the morning— if the windows are open you will not be getting a quiet and peaceful sleep! This is not uncommon in Europe but be forewarned! "
