Particularly, Francesca welcomed us, gave us a tour of the hotel, and showed us to our rooms. Victoria and Alina at breakfast were very warm and accommodating. There are no plug outlets by the bed, which made it difficult to use a phone for a clock or alarm, I also needed one for a CPAP, but they were able to find Extension cord so that I could use my CPAP.
