You can walk to the city centre to see the sites very easily. From the city centre we also got the train to Pisa for a day trip. While we were there we communicated with the rental agency via WhatsApp very easily. But I think the process of getting checked in before getting there could be improved. "Location was the best. Short walks to entire city. Steps not fun. Apt Ronald is older and I think it is cleaned as good as it can get. If you are clean freak it’s not for you. Needed to buy a bar of soap. No toiletries. I would return."

"This is a good place to stay, spacious and modern right next door to museum Academia and a five minute walk to the Duoma. The only negative is the rooms were very hot, at night was 26c. They finally admitted they close air conditioning in September so we only had ventilation. It was not fun trying to sleep even with windows open. They also have a giant jacuzzi for the shower.
