"Amazing 5 night stay. Florence is stunning. Hotel facilities were above and beyond. The Spa is a must during your stay. Would definitely stay again. So centre to local trams, trains and walking distance to all attractions. All staff were attentive toyour needs. Breakfast is lovely, made order eggs. We stayed in a suite with balcony deginatly worth the money. "

"Was visiting my daughter at the Pepperdine Campus Villa and the location of the hotel is perfect. It is literally around the corner from the villa. Nice .8 walk to the city center. Pharmacy, and a couple of delicious restaurants just down the block. The common area was wonderful to sit and relax to visit with friends and and staff is very attentive.
