"Getting drinks out by the pool took some effort and had to go get them myself several times after an hour wait. "

"Zero hot water in either of our rooms. Staff shrugged it off. Rooms are cool. Stone walls. Interesting look to the place. Our shower had a full sized window to the main room, with curtain. Points for charm. Our AC worked, our friends did not. Hot coffee in the lobby in the morning. Good area. Felt secure. "

"The property was fair. I probably would visit again for the price; however, I would say the rooms could use an upgrade. The furniture and look of the room is dated. There were a lot of children on the property. The beach is at your fingertips but beware of the random dogs that stay on the property (friendly dogs but not my favorite). I would highly recommend private transportation as the hotel is 2.5 hours from PTY. I will say that I felt safe at the resort and that’s always important! "

"This is the quietest Best Western I have ever stayed in--I wish every hotel stay was this quiet. Breakfast was good. I appreciated that they had cooked broccoli (crucerfers are not popular menu items in Panama). My husband liked that they had a European style breakfast. I enjoyed using the gym. It had everything I needed to get a good workout. Two things that detracted from my stay--there was no pool access in the a.m. as the entry to the pool is through restaurant which is closed in the...
