I called the hotel for 2 days prior to check-in and the day of check-in, with no answer. I had Expedia try to call them, no answer. I arrived 4 hours prior to check-in and they would not allow you to use the pool. The Guest Service guy clearly didn’t care about making anyone happy or trying to accommodate. The breakfasts are cheap and nasty. They had eggs, a meat, and toast, very little cheese, and fruit. This place is not worth your money. I asked them to freeze my ice packs to travel back home with medication the day before checkout. When I received my ice packs they were not frozen! Find somewhere else to stay!!!

It was a bit noisy. We had a room with balcony on the 6th floor and we could hear cars. The matress was a bite to hard for me. The staff was marvelous and professional. Wonderful stay.

This hotel was magnificent to the eye! Everywhere there were these beautiful features that are not seen in everyday hotels. This hotel is an EXPERIENCE! The staff is nice too.... No refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. But the vibe was WORTH not having those things. I plan to return to Panama JUST to stay at this hotel!

I like the customer service, I love the staff and the decor. I just wish all the rooms had the same decors and mini fridge. I also experienced a roach in my bathroom and constantly toilet problems. Overall it was good.

The property was a nice mixture of a hotel and a homely stay, situated within the urban district with the metro being roughly a 5 minute walk The rooms were regularly cleaned and stocked daily Most of the staff only speak spanish so you may have a language barrier in some areas Also for me my desk phone did not work so i was unable to use eoom service Overall its a good and comfortable stay

Noisy at night. Definitely would not stay here on a Saturday as both times we have stayed there has been a notice of a private party on Saturday from 9pm-4 am. Dated, older carpet and decor. Breakfast is below average. But staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was rather difficult to locate especially at night. We didn’t see any hotel sign and actually drove past the hotel a few times. We finally found it after asking around. Area surrounding the hotel was dark. Hotel itself was pleasant. People working at the front desk and hotel were very helpful. Would still recommend this hotel!
