"Staff, room, location and beach were all amazing!! Only thing to stay away from: I would not recommend the evening turtle adventure. It was a terrible experience, no turtles, no expectations, no customer focus - painful and a bit scary from the taxi driver there to the whole experience trying to get back to the hotel. Horse back riding was amazing - great tour guide - I HIGHLY recommend this one!! Again, beach was amazing, staff was great:)"

First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000. "We had a lovely, quiet and relaxing stay. The staff was super accommodating and helpful, going out of their way to please our needs. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Very relaxing and tropical scenery. Restaurant menu was varied and delicious. Only downside is the main road to get to the hotel — you need at least an SUV to get there, specially when it’s rainy. Will definitely come back during the summer! "

"This so called "rainy season" should be more accurately renamed to "rainy night season". Daytime was always partially cloudy enough to bare the heat from the sun, i got a beautiful tan, water was exceptionally warm with nice waves to play in with no worry of undertow currents. I highly recommend experiencing this time of year to travel here and avoiding crowds, i had miles of beach in both directions to myself for long morning walks and dusk evenings. Dark nights are nice to be inside listening...
