"The hotel was in a good location for doing things in downtown Sydney."

"We have stayed a few times and absolutely love it. This time the cleanliness was very average. And the furniture looks old and worn and needs updating. Curtains coming off tracks and the door extremely hard to open as the tracks are worn. Very different to our last experience staying there. Otherwise it’s such a beautiful place to stay. "

"Silo Bar barman less than highly efficient or swift. Bar snack of pretzels stale. Croft meal excellent. Room tired but clean. Ignorant noisy neighbour playing music very loudly at midnight but a call to management resolved reasonably quickly."

"Great facilities for families. Staff could be more helpful. More information on the hotel facilities and general area would have been good. An in room food service would be good or at least information on how to dine in. "

"Everything was wonderful. Luke's Kitchen is an excellent restaurant. The bar next to reception is very very good. And the pool on the 7th floor is fabulous. Perfect for couples. "
