"The property is right in the center of New Delhi with all the government and other big company offices. You just can’t see them because the streets are tree lined. The hotel is gated so you feel safe and secured inside. However when you try to walk outside. It’s a little bit sketchy… homeless people. I tried their spa and it was clean and service is first rate. The only thing is that there is a water drain that emits some smell. Overall, service is great. "

"The Imperial is a unique institution, almost a destination rather than a hotel. It is beautiful and its superb art and artifact collection sets it apart from any other hotel we have ever experienced. The staff and concierge are extremely attentive and all our requests were met promptly and with great care. If I have one minor complaint, it is about service in the dining room (1911), which tends to be a little unsystematic though very attentive when someone is actually looking. "

"It was a extremely beautiful giant hotel with great service and good cleanliness. Only thing that disappointed me was my partner and I ordered two different burgers from the room service menu. One said there was Brie cheese on it, the other said there was guyere cheese on it, but, both ended having extremely processed "cheddar" cheese slices... "
