"A great hotel experience "

"Hotel is quite convenient for aiport stay, rooms are comfortable, retaurants are quite good, bar and pool area is nice. Minor gripes i guess relate to locatiin, check-in and out - so location is isolated for walking to restaurants, so you have to use the hotel facilities. Check-in - they emailed me 2 times asking for my arrival details etc, i responded and asked for an airport collection, but on arrival no car and had to phone. My check out gripe is just how long it takes - bit of a faff, took...

Although I explained the situation a few times to the Manager "Mr. Arun", he was quite rude and kept asking that the other guest was 11 years old?. He certainly wanted to embarrass me.
