"I would really like to appreciate provided by the front staff specially Ankur. He listened to our concern and made sure that it was taken care of . He was very professional and helpful throughout our stay. I would like to come back and stay again in this hotel because of his hospitality."

"Check in was a little slow owing to the number of people checking in .. else can’t complain … staff at the restaurant were very attentive and tried their best to meet my requirements of a medium rare steak but for some reason the chef said owing to the meat being locally sourced they only offer it as well done .. in fact he berated the waiter for even requesting the same .. though the manager did apologise for the mix up …else everything else went off very well , except maybe one bit of the room...
