"THE HOUSE KEEPING STAFF ARE HORRIBLE, PATHETIC, TERRIBLE AND MISERABLE. THEY ARE MORONS AND NONSENSICAL GUYS WHO REALLY DONT KNOW TO DO THEIR JOBS. BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT. THE ROOMS ARE OUTDATED AND THE FURNITURE IS BROKEN AND SMELLS BAD ODOUR. THE FRONT DESK ARE HELPFUL GUYS. THE STAFF IN THE HOTEL HAVE TOO MUCH BAD ATTITUDES, EGOISTIC FOR NO REASONS. OVERALL IF U ARE ON A TIGHT BUDGET STAY HERE. "

"Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food was also good and freshly prepared. Not only room the entire hotel was kept neat and clean. Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too. The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or. Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all. "

"This hotel offered a brilliant service from start to finish! I had amazing correspondence before my arrival with the manage Munna who helped organise a clothes delivery to the hotel for my arrival and made me feel welcome before I even got there! When checking in, I was greeted by all the staff in a very warm welcoming and friendly manner. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped and the restaurant downstairs had a lovely menu and tasted very nice. The hotel is planning to expand to...
