"The shower drain was loose and some black mold on caulking around shower. We stayed for eight days. The last few days of our stay no one cleaned the room. We needed to get fresh towels from the front desk. I even talked to the made on our floor about cleaning the room. It was that bad but trash was starting to pile up "

"When we arrived at the facility we found out that there was no hot water due to a gas leak that had caused the entire Tupelo area to not have any gas service. While this was not the fault of the facility it would have been nice to have had that noted on the booking info since the gas service had been unavailable for several days."
