Rooms are older, our room had a water leak, it had used toiletries in the bathroom, had tobacco smell, bed was very comfortable. We liked the casino, dining options and the decoration around the hotel, pool is nice but close early.

The room that we stayed in did need a refurbishment. Shower did not work properly and AC very loud. Another group in our party did stay in a much nicer room so I guess they are slowly updating. Good access to the casino and cafe although staff are not as friendly towards new people as in other Biloxi casinos. Need a car to visit other areas.

Checked in and went to shower and there was no hot water. I called and and advised front desk and they changed my room. My first room i booked had a walk in shower which i needed. The second room had a tub shower combo. The tub was extremely difficult to step in due to my knee pain. I just gave up i wasn't happy but didn't feel like changing rooms again 🙃

Horrible experience. Only one working plug in our room so I called the service desk for an extension cord only to get placed on hold for over 15 minutes. I finally hung up to call back to hopefully get my problem solved plus ask for a couple blankets (comforter was paper thin) only to have them pick up the phone and then hang it right up. The bathroom sliding glass door was not on hinges so I was literally stuck inside the bathroom unable to get the door back open. Room service never came by to clean or pick up our dirty towels. My friend and I sat at the casino for well over two hours, spending a lot of money, and was never greeted by a waitress for a drink. When I finally tracked down a staff member to ask for service she told me “just wait a minute, she will come” then walked off. I then found another service member and told him we’ve been trying to get a drink for a long time. He told us we were not in his section but would figure this out and be right back to help us..Another 30 minutes went by and we never seen him again. I will NEVER stay here or recommend this place to anyone again. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money, and stay at the Beau Rivage.

Overall it was an ok stay, the main issues we had were our non smoking room smelled strong of smoke and made it hard to breath, of the cold above us on floor 9 used their bathroom vent we heard it loudly on our room and the AC was very loud when it was running.
