This was my first visit and I was “wowed”. Rooms size and decor was excellent. Everyone relative to staff members were cordial, courteous and pleasant. Apologetic if there were any mishaps but those in essence were few to none. There was some feedback that I provided to the housekeeping manager Ken that I hope was resolved and channeled to staff members and leadership if applicable. The issue was more of a personal concern but I felt needed to be heard by the management at Beau Rivage.

The property was nicely & festively decorated. But the smoke was overwhelming. Our room was large & spacious on the 24th floor. Also, the dogs were tooo much. They were everywhere. One owner also did not pay attention & the dog pooped at the entrance door. Guest were hopping around, skipping around not to step into it.

Checkin was slow as there were 20 or so people online before me. There were 6 checkin clerks but it still took about 10-15 minutes to get to the counter. Parking was somewhat a hassle as the parking garage was filled on most of the levels. The hotel and casino are probably the best in Biloxi.
