We stay at Hyatt Place Biloxi at least once a year- at Christmas time our family tradition and it’s always 10/10. The rooms are always clean and the bed is so comfortable. The staff is always so pleasant and they take the best care of us. This hotel has complimentary hot breakfast everyday. They have a bar with happy hour from 5-7(PM of course) and they have a menu where you could order quick bites from them. Did I mention they have a pool/jacuzzi and a fire pit daily?! Amazing all day! Thanks you all for showing us a good time- every time!

Almost a three but here’s why. They put us on 2fl in the corner over a machinery room on the ground fl. The whole floor vibrates and bed as well. Dealt with it. Woke up in the am and no water in the room for coffee. Upon checkout was advised that it is only for members of a group or I had to open an account or such. It is the first $150 a night room I stayed in that did not comp water in the room. The gal at the desk was pretty slick and told me to take two waters for inconvenience which indicates well trained staff. You may give it a higher grade if you get a different room.

It was very conveniently located right across the street from the beach. In a safe area. It had great staff. Jeannine welcomed us when we arrived late at night and she made sure our check in was quick so we could rest. I can't remember the name of the girl who checked us out, but she was also very personable and kind .If I am ever back at Biloxi, I'll stay here again. The facility was clean, we had fresh towels all the time. Breakfast was included and it was also very good. They had rooms facing the beach ( even numbers) and others the cemetery ( odd numbers). I was sure I had requested a room with sea view but we got the other one. I really didn't care too much because we didn't spend much time there other than to sleep. But if you care, make sure you add a note or something to get what you want . In any case , nothing worthy of lowering the rate. Pool was open ( not heated ) , hot tub also working and a nice fire pit as well. Great Southern hospitality for sure !
