"The hotel is very clean and cozy. The room is spacious and clean with a very nice view of Fuji mountain. The bath tub is in a heart shaped which is very cute. Food is great with very nice staff and wonderful service. Recommended for everyone, especially family. Hot spring is also nice and u can enjoy private space easily. Very great experience!! "

The rooms are well heated but a tad old and the furnitures can certainly use some upgrading work. Also as the resort is tuck away in a forested area away from the town, getting to any convenience store or restaurant would be a challenge without a car. "
