"We stayed here after driving to see Mt. Fuji, it was a delightful and friendly hotel. We had the family room with tatami and enough room for the 4 of us, not cramped for a typical Japanese hotel. The breakfast could have been better, it was pretty much a set menu--Japanese-style or Western-style of sandwich which I didn't care for. They had parking lot for our car so it was convenient. Staff was friendly and gave out souvenir keychain and snacks after we checked in. Close to local restaurants and the lake. Highly recommend!!"

"Fantastic experience for 1 night. Enjoyed the Japanese style room with outdoor bath and view of the lake. We opted for the included dinner which they serve in your room and it has many courses, so we were extremely full. Breakfast was served in the dining room which was also abundant. Great stay and well worth the price. We found this hotel convenient with a 10min walk to Kowaguchiko station with a slight hill and 5min walk to the base of the ropeway."

"True to its name, this is a villa with superb view of Mt. Fuji. Staff were courteous and professional. Rooms were spacious and clean. A suggestion: please advise the guests, in English, that the bath tub’s water will automatically turn off in 5 minutes. (We were anxious that the bath tub might overflow.) 😆 Other than that, the dinner and breakfast were excellent. "

"We were only here for one night so we didn’t get experience the public bath. But the service was extremely great. The room was exactly what we wanted to experience…Japanese style but yet we still have our private bath and shower. I will definitely recommend to others. Only hope we can wake up to see the fuji Mountain view but we didn’t cuz of my room’s location I’m guessing. Will definitely return."
