"From the moment we arrived and our room was available early until we left the service was amazing. We ate at Thiptara and Ewaan and both were fantastic value using the Entertainer voucher . We didn’t have breakfast but instead went to the pool from 9-45 to 11am each morning and had it practically to ourselves. The location is perfect for Dubai mall and we took short taxi rides to the metro rather than the 25 min walk . We will return "

"1. Toiler smell like sewage 2. No electricity at night and no water pressure and no ac or heating ventilation 3. No breakfast buffet, as I personally like the buffet experience in any hotel, they don’t provide a buffet option but basic breakfast is served through room service. 4. Dirty carpets and bad hygiene 5. No complementary beverages in the room such as water or tea or coffee…"
