Lovely hotel in a good location. Staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to make my stay special. Breakfast was amazing- so many options! Room was gorgeous with a super comfy bed! I was sad to leave!

Good hotel, location is great, just a short walk to Dubai mall. Worked perfectly for our hop on hop off tour. We booked the 3 bedroom room, it’s massive. Says it sleeps 8 but really only sleeps 6. Overall this is a good location and a good hotel. It’s a bit run down but for a central location with a big room it was great value.

Almost everything was good, except the currency exchange rate at the front desk, It was very bad. So if you want to pay them , the best way is to pay the local currency, even if use the credit card, the rate is still better than them.
