"Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Also amenities in the room were excellent ( they have everything you needed) I really like that deep sleeping kit. They upgraded our room to nice Jerusalem city view and late check out. And breakfast was great and so many choices. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great clean place — all staff (except blond/manager woman) were amazing!!! Great shuttle service — nice breakfast! I tried to enjoy the second floor terrace but blonde haired manager felt her smoke break was more important — really frustrating - who wants to smell someone second hand smoke when enjoying such a pretty space? Think staff should smoke in a non public hotel area… thanks to the staff at the check in and check out counter for your kindness!!!"
