"All the facilities are clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfortable with quality sheets. Beach is at the back of hotel, with sun deck chairs and bar service. Pool is amazing with spa and activities. Staff are super helpful and nice. Buffets are 5 star with quality food and variety."

"Really enjoyed our stay here over New Years. We had a suite which was lovely and spacious with sea view. The building itself is older in style but the interiors are modern. Staff excellent especially the concierge and staff at B Lounge. Breakfast busy but they get you in quick enough. Location is OK. You will be getting cabs most places but these are readily available inc Uber. One slight issue, the property is slightly scruffy in places. For example on beach under kids club there was...

"The hotel itself is incredible, the lobby is amazing and the amenities are brilliant. We were lucky enough to get upgraded at check in so our room was perfect as we had instant access to the pool. The staff was brilliant as well and it’s a brilliant place to stay if you plan on relaxing at the beach and just swimming. However, there’s nothing around the area in the hotel. "We stayed at the Swissotel and had a very enjoyable time. The room was clean and spacious with a large king bed. The best part of the hotel is the staff who go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The only negative is the room had the shower in the bath and you need to be very careful using to ensure you don’t fall. Maybe challenging for someone with mobility issues. "

"Everything was great. Especially, the stuffs were very professional and helpful. Saima at the front desk and Ismail for general service were great and friendly. Although my stay was short, I thoroughly enjoyed the time there. I'll certainly stay again."

"Palace Downtown was an excellent hotel for our family over Christmas. Every detail was so thoughtful and the location can not be beat. The breakfast staff were so attentive and made our kids feel very special. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We woyld absolutely stay here again "

"1. Toiler smell like sewage 2. No electricity at night and no water pressure and no ac or heating ventilation 3. No breakfast buffet, as I personally like the buffet experience in any hotel, they don’t provide a buffet option but basic breakfast is served through room service. 4. Dirty carpets and bad hygiene 5. No complementary beverages in the room such as water or tea or coffee…"
